Standard flocking The process consists of spraying vinyl glue diluted with water and then cotton in a cross jet on the fir tree using two guns. At this stage, we obtain a "frosted" fir tree. But here the fir tree will be flocked process from two to three layers of cotton.
To keep it after Christmas - protect it in plastic and you can keep it for +-4 years

If you reload with two or three successive layers of cotton, you get a "flocked" fir. The colour is homogeneous and dense over the entire fir tree. Then, the tree is dried in rooms under the shed to remove the water used to dilute the glue. Once dry, it is placed under micro-perforated plastic for better aeration of the fir and longer storage.
